At LAKE, we want you to be completely comfortable. If your pajamas aren't a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
